Thread: [DBP] Guard Rifle Combined Arms Tactics feedback2 Dec 2017, 08:30 AM The combinations of hit the dirt and ppsh it's contradictory. Ppsh is for cqc and hit the dirt is for far range defensive profile. Hit the dirts fits perfect in guard because of dp28. I'm still suggesting replace ppsh for 1 single dp28. We could merge ppsh/hit the dirt to an upgrade of dp28 to cons that substitutes hoorar for hit the dirt. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: [DBP] Tank Hunter feedback thread1 Dec 2017, 19:18 PM Kinda like the changes in 1.6. However b4 seems to fit better with commander rather than ml20. Plus ml20 is in a lot of commanders which b4 is not. B4 could be reworked as an AT artillery than can't be shot without view (not through FOW) and will damage only tanks. In order to compensate make it less RNG and more accurate. In: COH2 Balance

M42 balanced and some kind of AT upgrade for penals could not only buff other underused commander so diversify t1 openings. If we adress this two things here, other forgiven commanders may become more useful too. This is a serious revamp, so let's adress it properly. I do think replacing ppsh for a dp28 upgrade to cons feels more desirable than any other thing. Ppsh's never fit to cons in any way, so we can tweak stats and price, but won't fix anything at all. Ppsh's to penals may work, but looks like too risky move. In regards to hit the dirt it's hard to make interesting how the ability is supposed to work. It could be reworked like an static for the motherland ability perhaps? In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Units balance cost and upgrades19 Jul 2017, 10:20 AM This is one of the main issues of coh2. vCoh had better logic of upkeep and upgrade. All upgrades to infantry (vet for axis and bars for allies) were made through fuel investment. In the case of riflemen the more rifles you had higher the upkeep was so needed to invest fuel in order to reduce it. To sum, strong infantry meant not fuel to tech or rush out vehicles and weak infantry was equal to get vehicle earlier. All decisions had strong and weak points, same with risk or safe play. In coh2 you can have strong infantry and rush a vehicle at the same time and there core infantry which is always weak no matter what you do (f.e. cons). In: COH2 Gameplay
