Today I upgraded my PC to the last windows version, 1903,and playing COH2 I notice a difuse shield color, red, yellow or green,and a orange aim cursor. It's a bug or a last game update?
Besides that the game seems to be fluid.

I have the same "issue" since a windows patch, but it is only visible in full-screen. Windowed-mode works just fine.
I couldn't get a screenshot with the cursor included, so here'a pic

That's it it's no serious, I can get used to it seems something related to bright.
