Dafuq lelic is doing with the game? First game, I have 75/100 pop cap, and can't order doctrinal tank for 19 pop. Next game, I'm upgrading for platoon command post, and the upgrade have not apply, and I can't upgrade to any buildings no more. Wtf lelic, stop ruining the game

People tend to get better help when they're not being rude. Stop calling devs lelic please.
