I noticed it happening since the last patch, for the 3rd or 4th times I haven't received any crates after reaching 6000 points. I checked inventory and haven't noticed any change there either.
Anyone else having this issue?
Not getting crates.

What do you mean? If the question is whether I ever spent a dollar on the game, then the answer is no.
But crates should have nothing to do with it.

In crates you get either Supply points(in-game currency) or billutens/commanders/camos.
However, even if you got SP, then animation of crate opening still should be played, so it is strange.

Yeah, I know, I have been getting them for a long time, but since last patch, even after clearly reaching 6000 points (and the small crate icon bobbing), nothing happens.
I'm running an integrity check, just in case.
Edit: validity check found no issues, I feel like it's something with my account.

Update: I get crates with soviets, but not with Wehrmacht.

I experience the same issues since the latest patch only i was playing Brits in the beginning and was getting crates just like normal. Then switched to playing Wehrmacht and for the 3rd time in a row it went over the 6000 points mark but it didnt show the crate with the parachute animation and i neither got coins nor any Items in my Inventory. Looks like the bug has something to do with Wehrmacht.

Its a stealth nerf to compensate for the overperforming mg42
