So riflemen are 1% more durable than volks when they're both at vet3.
Volks are more durable at very 1 tho! And will Likly have a full, non armour delaying kit by then too!

Just reduce grenade tech cost. Right Now its too expensive to side tech them until mid-late. Some don't even get it ever. It still has the same price after the whole package got nerfed after losing smoke on every rifle, which is silly.
