Why is this still even a thing? As UKF you cannot throw arty flares into the enemy base yet you can fire Sextons, priests and stationary arty into enemy bases.
So which one is broken, the UKF flares or the rest of the arty pieces?

OKW Zeroing Artillery can firing base too when it spanning near by base.

Off map abilities can not be targeted inside the base sectors. On map artillery can.
UKF 25p are a bit of hybrid since they are practically indestructible/uncounterable and thus are treated as off map.
