So the OKW Overwatch Doctrine has this ability called "Sector Assault" and I am quite confused on how it works. 1st is that I thought it targets a sector as it is named but instead a circle reticle appears. 2nd is that the stuka does recon before dropping bombs so should you provide sight for it? Since you do not benefit from the recon that the plane does. 3rd is there only a single plane used on the ability because I only see one and it also dies to AA very quickly so the 250muni might be quite a waste if the enemy has AA.
Can someone tell me how it is used or any tips on using it?

I think nobody really knows how it works.
But it doesn't matter anymore really, because it's being replaced in the upcoming Commander Revamp Patch.

It's a skillplane that does some brief strafing, then drops bombs at random. It's a pretty strange ability which does nothing most of the time and wipes squads the rest of it.
It's also being ditched in the next patch.
