Is it just me or has the mod tools have not been updated?
I still see the Soviet Sniper as two men and the mortar pit is still 400 manpower?

Yes, we intended to release the update some time ago, however, we're having an issue with the new build and integration with Steam.
We hope to have the issue resolves soon.
