Nah, just 9 I think... would have to look it up, though. If official stuff like this were always given also with a GMT/UTC time to avoid confusion this would be great.

Why so sarcastic about it? I think everybody interested in balance will agree that the Tiger/ IS-2 is to weak for price and the Su-85 is to much for its cost. There better be some nerfs for the Su-85 or I´m starting to nerd-rage.
