1v1 Replay Review - Feedback Appreciated

Hi,
So my rank has been stuck in the 200s (when I'm playing well) to the 300s and I've been actively trying to get better and would appreciate feedback on this review to help me get an idea on areas I can improve in. I have a lot of game hours in and a good knowledge of game mechanics (Thanks Tightrope!) and what not but can't seem to get over the hump into the top 200s and beyond.
This game is a perfect example of what I mean - I'm playing someone around Rank 200 and despite playing one of my better games and being in a position to win I collapse in the late game (which seems to happen to me a lot). I know I make a few mistakes like throwing away my first tank and not using my flame HT well in the mid-late game but would like to see if there is anything else I'm missing.
