Hi community. I would like some help on what are the rarest or most useless bulletin combos. I need to know.., for modding reasons. Please assist by giving your experience too, thank you.
(Hindsight: Would be great to hear some for USF as well)

i would say every bulletin is useless but some think that small things help, let them.

Stack 3 of those and you can spam the JT ability it is OP

Now that they cant crush infantry, yes it is worthless.
