Stormtrooper's lack of Hold Fire

Why Stormtroopers have no 'Hold fire'? iirc they had it before [last patch?]. What's the point of their camo anyway like that? They automatically break it on approach.
mastered mode: 4v3 
drops > mates > rng > pathfinding > ??? > skill

Damn, I am blind, sorry. It's just located in other place that other units have it 
I wonder how can you double check something with no result and then find it out only after a public complain 
I can't report myself so please delete
BTW, they don't get interrogation ability on G43 upgrade unlike grens and pgrens despite upgrade's description. Or maybe I'm blind in this case too...
