Upgrading Squads Into New Squads?

The idea is that Conscripts are a Vet 5 squad, and at Vet 3, they join the Guards and become statistically the same as Guards. Is there something I can do to change their portrait and voice lines to those of Guards?

There's a "ui_portrait_action" that should let you change their portrait, but I'm not sure it works. I don't think you can change their voice lines, though.
Alternatively, you could use "spawn_squad" to spawn a new squad and "make_dead" with "destroy" set to True to make the old one disappear.
