old bug yes. He can't move with the pak.

But why is it specifically and solely the Zis atgun, there must be something wrong with the entity file of the atgun weapon itself

gotta love it when you are already not doing fine ingame and this bug even steals the ZIS of you.. because the ZIS thinks its cool not to respond to any command at all
