Reconnection Error

Why is this still a thing after 4years of Company of Heroes 2 release. I have been playing for the past 1.5years and this has been occurring on my every 2-3 match. I have good internet speed (i play other games without lag including Total War) so i doubt that be an issue. My laptop specs are normal. I can play with AI in custom games without lag at all.
Can anyone help me with this?
Honestly, if i knew this would be an issue, i wouldnt have bought this game in the first day as this is the only game in my steam library that has this issue:@@@

People complain the Soviets are useless.
Well, they are useless if you fight your units 1vs1. But they are all about Synergy.
What do I care if you have a Panther? Once you are crippled from running over a mine
I wait until you repair it with your 3x SturmPioneers and tell my 3x Mortars to fire at it.
did you know Vet 1 Mortars get FLARE?!
- 900 Manpower down the drain. - Panther still can't move worth a damn.

I started to experience micro lags (units stuck for <1 second and then run fast) not so far ago. Long lags with connection error happens sometimes, and their duration are enough to lose all units because they run unresponsively toward enemy. Also game randomly minimizes from time to time even while you are in game. Screen turns black sometimes for 1 second in menu.
mastered mode: 4v3 
drops > mates > rng > pathfinding > ??? > skill
