I just ask what person would invest effort into learning this game if he knows rules can be changed based on multiple noobs claims.
Surely normal person would abstain from playing under these condition.
So why not say it clearly. "Only suggestions of relatively normal players will be considered or even read. Meaning
1. top 50 1v1 rank. Top 2% of the playerbase is bare minimum.
2. >200 1v1 games with their main faction. "
