Could not chose Ostheer t1 from UI

In my one of games in red ball express (LIVE)I build the T1 building as Ostheer and the placed a pio and HMG on the west building in Red ball express. When I press the button for the T1 buidl menu I would the instead select the garrison building. I could still go to the menu via selecting the T1 building it self.

Don't worry. This bug already in the list of QoL suggestions.
