this commander has two bug:
- early detection ability does not work
- If you select this command lost the game sounds

Nah, that's because of your choice, it's telling you you will lose because you took it instead of a better and not useless commander.

Have not had the sound bug. You also forgot that the air burst shells have zero scatter, and can be launched into the FoW with this commander. Abuse is obvious.
