I used to have problems but it turned out to be some combination of overheating and using WiFi instead of a hard connection. I have a decent router but adding a cooling fan and switching over to a hard connection eliminated 99% of my problems. The only time I ever have low framerate or stutter now is usually during the victory strike at the end of a match.
