Interl bulletin : "Don't step on the grass" (Teller mines and field mines cost 6 % less munitions)
I just noticed this new bug;
When you use the teller mine discount bulletins, they don't work any more, and price of the teller mine still stays the same.
However, they still reduce the price of S-mines.

Really? I have not noticed that yet. In that case the problem is more likely the targets than the mines. Maybe the hitboxes of certain tanks are off.
