Ranked games searching bug (?)

I think that after map pool fix there's some kind of bug in ranked where time to find a game is extremely long, for example, i've been waiting last time 20 minutes to get a game or even longer, happens all the time, unless some very similar rank player is in queue, but then still waiting time is around 5 minutes

Relic 'fixed' matchmaking so this is why queues are so long for top players.

I think they changed how fast the match making search bracket widens, to avoid unfair matchups between high and low level players. This makes the queue especially long for high level players.
How this has such a big effect on a mediocre player like you however, I do not know.
