Hi,
I experimented a few CoH2 games and saw also a few on youtube, where a game end up with a victory with none of the player reaching score 0 and none of the base destructed.
In each case, I choosed option "Victory Point Control" and game stopped with victory with scores 200-150 for example.
What is the mechanism ???

You can concede the game, which will end it before map win conditions are met(there is a button for it on the upper right side of minimap).

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
