Not exactly a bug, but I think it should be fixed. Often I see medics (Soviet, Ostheer, OKW) chasing units that are walking away from them. Then they chase them until the edge of their radius, then walk all the way back. In this time, other units could've been healed up.
Solution:
Make it so medics won't attempt to heal units that have a move order outside of the medic's healing radius.

This is a legacy Issue from COH1. There are no plans to change this, sorry.

How about the USF medics? I'm not sure if it's a bug or intended behavior, but in my previous game they ended up following my (damaged) riflemen indefinitely. And after they were done healing the squad they did not return to the location from which they first started running. This behavior is a bit troublesome as you cannot place the medics close to the major and expect them to stay put.
This scenario probably won't happen all that often, since most of the time the medics will of course be inside the truck.

I'd rather just see everyone get AOE healing like the ambulance for USF gives. Call me boring but it worked in DoW II.

And then bug instantly fixed.
