You read that title right, i wonder if theres any map maker here who can simply make me a 1v1 scale completely flat and completely green map.

The purpose of this is for me to try to make green screen projects using coh 2 models and armies.

If anyone makes a map like this i will gladly feature their name in every video i make use of the map in.

The prefered nuance of green i wish for in the map http://www.solidbackgrounds.com/images/1920x1080/1920x1080-bright-green-solid-color-background.jpg

It's possible doing it yourself by taking that image there and converting it into a tileset which you apply to the map surface.

Easy, one big green map in a few clicks, well, plus adding bases.

Sadly I don't know how to convert images to tiles.

There is a already existing green screen tile and sky-box, it is two slightly different shades of green (this nuance uses less red that the one you prefer).

Here is a simple green screen map.

Here are a few more Green Screen maps with various lighting:
Green Screen No Shadow
Green Screen Light Shadow
Green Screen Heavy Shadow

I will try to add more lighting options in the future.

Those with video and image editing skills should have good luck with these maps as most of the green objects will appear as nearly RGB(0,255,0) or full brightness green. For some reason the sky has some red tint to it. Heavy green fogging was used to try and keep the images green.

For editing noobs I found this free option on the web. Not sure how safe it is. Download at your own risk.

Of course GIMP is another free option. There are plenty of YouTube vids on how to remove the green around objects.

I also made a vb.net program to do some of the heavy lifting. It also tries to keep the ground shadows, exhaust gases, and explosions somewhat usable. PM me if you want a BETA copy or the source code for your own version :)
