Are you forgetting about Italy?
Conquering the world was never Hitler intention he was contented with conquering European Russia.
Japan is more interested in controlling Asia...
Both of them where trying to create an Empires, although empires as a system was already becoming obsolete thus they where pound to fail...

i dont think the system they used was obselete . It gave them good results in the early years of the war .

My apologies maybe I was not clear enough. The system of "Empires" was becoming obsolete, and there was little point in trying to create one...
