[UKF][Recon Aircraft Issue]

Recon aircraft abilities of the UKF no longer have sight. After the December patch, strafing or bombing aircraft were given zero sight (which is fine). Unfortunately, this effect seems to have carried over to the UKF recon aircraft. Affected abilities include "Assault" on the Commando Regiment or the Command Vehicles' Recon Plane. The planes enter the map, do not provide sight, and they simply loiter.... doing nothing.

Seems like a typical Reric oversight.
