They were doing ok when there were 2 factions. But most of their recent patches contain too much wrong things. I dont believe they will jump over their heads and make a normal game when there are 5 factions in future.
OKW didnt need @overhaul@ or "rework". Heads of those who asked that needs overhaul.
OKW needed to make a leig as a standart mortar or SLIGHTLY better with no auto-rotation.
They wanted to make things to sell. First of those sell things was a brit faction with OP units that is a reason of most current mess.
Removing british faction and revert OKW income to 66% is a not a bad way out of current absurd.
They cant balance 5 factions

idk. But i think its OK. They were selling strong commaders and after nerfed them to the uselessness. That was ok. They can do it with BF or OKW too.

Plus they dont need engy to build T1-T4.
Even one more engy squad one the field is an advantage. Imagine if one chess player had extra piece for periods of time. OKW have more than 1 extra unit.
