in vcoh i played on achelous river once. after almost 2 hours of camping i decided to quit and go back to 2v2AT. never have played that map since

I don't understand why they removed pavlov's house ... it's quite a good map they should have removed Rzhev instead since it's boring and has been in automatch since coh2 release p.s hyped about the "new" maps (except achelous river)

They removed it, because it was HMG/ATG/mortar/arty fest with no possibilities to flank in a reasonable way, tight, narrow corridors and bunkerspam.

They removed it, because it was terrible map to play.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

As Katitof said they removed Pavolov's House because of its limited tactical play. It transitioned through a mortar to light artillery to heavy artillery festival every time.

Achelous River!! Have we learned nothing?!? Destructible bridges?!? 6 players?!? Instant veto, this is one I won't even bother trying once.

And what's the reason for removing Eindoven Country?
I've played that map with allies and axis and I liked it.

Disapointed that Pavlovs house was removed, that was a good map, never vetoed it. Always hated Sturzdorf, and dear LORD I hope archelous river isn't going into automatch...

Adding Blowlands to Automatch pool would be so great.

Montherme was the map on which I started playing the CoH franchise.
