Good idea, but if you're gonna increase the manpower cost of ISG might as well increase the manpower cost of the IRHT to 1000. And move it to tire 7.

This is almost as good as his "REs shouldn't be able to use Weapon Racks" thread.
Though TBH I do think that the Barrage Timer on ISG could be shortened a little bit just so they can't spam Emplacements as badly.

45 second cooldown on brace will make sure you never see another emplacement, except maybe the odd mortar pit here and there (right before it gets shelled to death)
Without a reduction in price or increase in HP this patch will be the end of emplacements.
Funny, when something allied is percieved as "OP" it gets smashed with an overnerf the next patch, but in Relic's own words, the "tremendous" rate of fire on the Ost mortar has been trolling allies for years.
