Guys think, it's their business and they need to make better money out of it! the same way they messed with the game so that they could sell more "tank hunter tactics", possibly they are thinking how they can earn more money out of some ninja changes in the next patch! 
possibly making Ostruppens Obertruppens or changing Su-76 to "KonigsSuchka" in a new Soviet commander to sell! $$$

I suspect we'll see the Brits released before any new balance patch. In fact I would wager that the Brits release will contain a minor balance patch based on adjustments made during the closed/open beta testing of the faction.
