As soon as the Money stopped rolling for Relic on this one is when the game officially died. Coh 1 didn't have enough 'DLC' support.
This is the reason for which COH1 is a dead game. To bad. It was a better game.

This is a business, and these companies can only produce content we love if we give them money to keep the lights on. The economic realities of creating and maintaining these games in today's market and economy makes some of these less savory business models an unfortunate necessity.

but this player are not highlevel for the old pros so it is very boring for the old highskill player

No, VCoH wontbe supported anymore!
Why?
Because it is not viable, it does not bring any income, and if i would/could it would be low. The game is old, there is a sequel, there is not a single reason to continue working on this game. I for one am happy with that decision. Not that i dont lile CoH1, i loved it. Both games are different though, and i would hate to see Relic use energy and manpower on a game only for a minir playerbase. Rather get to the point with CoH2 where the old players will want to come back!

I don´t like it either but i am ok with this decision.
What i don´t like is Relics information politic. Instat of officially announcing that they stop their support for CoH1, which is a lost honour this game definitely deserves, they keep their heads down which makes some player belive that Relic in fact still does support CoH1.
Rather get to the point with CoH2 where the old players will want to come back!
Thats unlikely. See DevM´s post. There are many often discussed reasons why the the most good CoH1 players don´t play CoH2 and as long as Relic wont chance core design elements this wont chance.

most of all coh1 played buy`d coh2 in presale and we was hopefully
I think it's relic owe us that they fix this what they destroyed
so then after the shutdown from relic servern sega(relic destroyed coh1 STILL NO LOBBY LEVEL
is only 1 thing from the things they need fixed
its not much only 1 or 2 new automatch maps some bugfixed and some abuse fix from brits...
and the game would be sooo nice
ok ok sniperspam fix from elitemod and m10 bugshoot and german paks need to be a little bit stronger but only a little bit...

2v2 At is dead. But u can just go in the Search and write down Axis needed. I would instant run into the 2v2at.

I remember when there was still some teams in 2v2at I often asked you and Neiki if you wanted to search 2v2at, but you didnt want and played 2v2random instead were you and Neiki barcounted your way to #1 & #2.
I understand youre not doing this anymore and that youre actually searching 2v2at now, but its too late.

There were enough Barcounter way before. We just didnt barcounted we Started Together 2v2RR
and we just did that to kill Barcounter Teams. And i would say the hole " I BUILT AS MANY SnIPERS AS I CAN AND THAN A MOVE killed 2v2AT." and " Both Wehr players need all the time 2 Snipers" " No we dont need Inf we ve Snipers." "who cares about Rax Vet we ve 4 Snipers" " OH lost a Sniper, better built a new Sniperfriend for my last Sniper". "oh he tried to counter snipe and missed. Good that im only controlling snipers by A move." " Ofc i run uncloaded enemysnipers/rax dont do anydmg to me" " Should i go for T4 or get Vet 3 for my Sniper?"
