I dont see this as anymore proof of DoW3 than when the Tau commander came out. If you look @ relics careers section they are short on tons of positions... dont hold your breath for DoW3

Dude, i'm pretty sure they pulled the rug from under Dawn of war 2 long time ago.
Hoping they are developing dawn of war 3.
