When your jackson bounces off panther WITH ARMOR PIERCING ROUNDS ACTIVE AND when the barrel of jackson is literally clipping into the panther.(True story actually happened)

The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.

Happened to me too today, and it shouldn't. Armor penetrating rounds should penetrate everything every time IMO. Otherwise rename them to RNG rounds.
On-topic: best feeling has to be when you demo a huge OKW blob or fore it to retreat by killing the blob officer and timing a katyusha barrage to hit the healing truck

But it's sandbags on retreat points and reinforce barbwire on flags/VPs
