Does anyone have further information on the next large CoH2 tournament? I've been looking forward to SNF for a few months now and am hoping it's just around the corner. However my spidey sense suggests that perhaps it will be replaced by the major ESL tournament that was mentioned in the interview.
Ami if you have anything to say on the subject that's not breaching NDA stuff, please enlighten us!

Other games that have replays which are recreations rather than recordings (like Dota 2 and Starcraft II) also allow rewinding.
They seem to have a lot simpler engines though. Just because it could be implemented in SC2 doesn't mean it can in CoH2 that easily.

That sig just keeps getting better.
On a serious note though, relic does credit fans and the community for their support in that interview. I wouldn't assume it was a snub that they didn't create a big list thanking every single caster by name.

I didn't say it can be implemented easily in CoH2, I said that just because the replay is a recreation rather than a recording is no reason not to have rewinding.

Come back when you dedicated 10 years of your life casting both vcoh and coh2 games and supporting THQ/Relic/Sega regardless of what they did.

It will be in the end of the year and last for 6 months. That's all we know. Beta changes will be implemented in the live version tomorrow.

Actually I don't expect to be mentioned by name. Mentioning a specific caster over mentioning the casting community etc. Its favoritism, I find that funny especially after #amigate.
