I don't remember exactly what they said on stream, but it was along the lines of they don't want to have offensive stream titles visible inside the game, which is understandable. The work around to this is only show the twitch username with the view count next to it. Twitch usernames can also be offensive but they usually don't last long on twitch the minute they get any attention.
I don't see how its a big deal in the first place, look at Valve they don't give a fuck! This is their CS:GO stream interface. Relic should follow suit.

Just having a link to the CoH2 Directory doesn't show any offensive stream titles.
