Hey guys i need information For Copy and past it's possibel in world builder ?

If you mean entire maps or sections of it you can use the stamp tool: Mark Bound Box and check all the categories you want to copy (uncheck markers, otherwise it wont work), click create stamp. To place the stamp just select the one you want from the temporary list, right click on the map and hit enter.

if you are referring to copying single or group objects, within a single map (not from one map to another, that requires stamp), then hold C and click on object and drag.
