Radio Intercept bugged post Dec 11 patch

First off, I am delighted to see Radio Intercept moved to zero CP's. I feel like it's respective commanders have become instantly more viable. Unfortunately it appears to be bugged and doesn't function. Please fix this so I can spy on my opponents XD

Why don't you report this on their official forums as well? If it is a bug it should be looked into asap.

I found that bug too. But, I have to say later in the game it started suddenly working. I'm pretty sure it started to work around I reached 1 CP. So probably that's the problem.
Maybe they didn't intended to take it to 0 CP it can be just a tooltip bug.
