Ambient Sounds

I made a rainy atmosphere. But there is no default rain sound. So i am asking is there a way to add rain sound?
I will simply lol at anyone expecting such a change to a 2 year old general use infantry.
Equally possible are pershing for USF, IS-3 for soviets or ober nerf for OKW.

I know in Scenario Properties there is a music selection option... there are some vague listings in there... I usually just pick a random one in campaign, but there are rain, wind, etc... dig around in there. I'm not too sure if just the sound fx ones will work or what the deal is with that dialog box & all those listings.

I am already so far. I also know how to add the mp default music and i know that you can use action markers to play sound, but none of the rain sounds seem to work, at least not in the WB.
Okay, i am wrong, the ambient rain sounds works, but they are very very quiet. I have to put my volume to max to hear them at the same level as the music at normal volume. So in the end you can't hear the rain sound over the music.
