I find that a lot of the time, actions with left-click fail.
It's especially annoying with stuff like ram or interacting with buildings. But also air strikes, nades and similar abilities often require two or three attempts before it works. Ie. I left click on the ability, left-click on the map and nothing happens. Try again, try again (and then too often the window of opportunity has passed).
Left-click works for all other kinds of purposes, so it's not a broken mouse. And I have no trouble - ever - with right-click actions so it's hardly command lag.
What could the problem be? And is there anything I can do to fix it?

I have the same problem. It is really annoying when I call in arty and have to check to make sure that after I have clicked it and the cursor has changed back that it actually issued the command.

I also have this issue. Another instance where it is a problem is when I click drag to select unit/units and it does not register and then I endup retreating another squad that I did not intend to. I get around it a bit by using hot but it's still an issue. I also get it with the arty.

And here I thought it was just my own mouse.
I think it is related to the lag that notoriously permeates so many matches. I imagine the input just lags and/or gets lost altogether until you hammer it through.
Although many times you've got to watch out for maintaining LOS. Losing LOS momentarily at the wrong time can lead to frustrating misclicks.
