super rubberbanding after last serveer maintenance?

anyone have super rubberbanding/sticky lag after server maintenance? I have all vehilces bounce back and forth across the map and lot of 'server disconnect/reconnecting' after this?

I have also had horrible lag last few days. 3-6 seconds of delay between me issuing a command, and the game registering it and executing. Was funny watching people fail to dodge anything.

So when was the last time Relic didn't mess up update? It's sad :(
