Which unit in coh2 has a chance to snipe a model?

Hi, I just see ptrs penal has a chance to snipe model, is that correct?

Also, I see jaeger light has this chance too.

So my question is which unit has this ability? And how this ability works?

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Is penal with ptrs can hit infantry?

What about jeager command squad for Wehrmacht and g43 upgrade for grendier?

Only JLI and Pathfinders. Once the targeted model gets hit AND has less than a certain HP amount (<75% for JLI and 40% for paths), the model gets instantly killed. JLI have one weapon that can do this, paths have 2. The rest of the squad has 'normal' weapons.
Other weapons might share the same visuals and audio, but do not work the same. PTRS can't snipe models, but do a lot of damage IF the PTRS hits. This might lead to the assumption that the PTRS could snipe models, but it does not

Both, IR have 1 rifle that can do it, airborne have 2.
