Bug Splay: Menu UI - Drag and Drop Commander/Bulletin

Never made a bug post here but its rly annoying. Dragging and dropping of Commanders/Bulletins will CTD.

I believe that this happens because of some form of COH 2 memory related issue. I have a 4k Monitor and this happens to me as well. The only fix is to switch my resolution to 1080P to swap commanders/bulletins and then switch back.
