All engineers when used in combat late game have very poor combat effectiveness due to not getting lower recieved accuray with veterancy.
Should it be changed?

Seriously though, they're not really meant for frontline combat duties late game and more for their repair & minesweeping duties. You will be inundated with vehicles badly needing repair.
I checked and the Royal E, SP, RE all do get reduced received accuracy bonuses. Though the pioneer and CE lack anything of the sort. Those two might need a looking at as even a vet III flamer CE/Pio die very very easily.

Exchange worthless accuracy bonus for EFA engies for rec acc.
Unupgraded engies do not fight anyway and flamer engies do not need accuracy.
RETs, SPs and sappers are fine with their defensive vet and 5th men.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

I still say EFA engineers could receive shared vet with slightly increased vet requirements, especially pios for their spotting duties.
