Starting Resources:
Increased by 240 MP for both factions
With this change it would essentially open up more ambiguity in early games opens. Intern it would also make it easier for Soviet players to build their first or second building earlier. Another thing we expect to see is the training of more engineers/pioneers which opens up more possibilities with things like defensive structures and mines.
Special Rifle Command:
Build time from 160s to 80s
Support Weapon Kampaneye:
Build time from 200s to 100s
We currently felt that the current build time of these buildings were way too long and the overall feel was off with the build times of these. This overall help with creating more diversity in Soviet strategy

thank god they finally included this.
its so frustrating to be only able to play this 240+mp start against AI and other beta players. it's really good guys.

The +240 MP should be tested to see how it works, but I really like the cut in build time for Special Rifle Command and Support Weapon Kampaneye.

Reduce the build time of t1 and t2 for sure, the +240 mp should be properly tested. Its quite a mp boost.
