Reduce Ranger population？

Now ranger need 10 pop,now ranger without damage reduction and need cost ammunition to upgrade or pick weapon,so maybe should reduce Ranger Pop to 8？

CP and Pop of elite infatry is there to control the number of elite units available. There is little reason to lower Ranger pop especially since USF can dismount their vehicles.

Not really a NEED to lower the popcap. They are the best of the best mainline infantry.
The damage reduction nerf was paired with a RA buff.
