I'm pretty positive its just a 0.8 received accuracy modifier for nearby units.

Check the date of the original post on the thread was made, back in 2013 it was..lets just say not as powerful as it is today.

0.8 damage * so -20% damage. but you were close.

AFAIK 0.2 received accuracy within in a 30 radius.

I still think the unit is fine. Made a few commanders actually viable. And it's not like othsteer is Over performing in any way. (2v2+)

can't tell if this is satire or legit...
command p4 is widely used, especially in NA ESL. The buff leads to crazy survivability for german units. The p4 has good anti-inf power so combined with pac40s, it helps cements german's lead in the mid and going into the late game.
If anything, the unit needs a nerf to it's aura as it is very powerful

Guys, this thread is about 3 years old and was made when the game itself just came out some months ago.
It is though God by command has withdrawn every other throne.
