Screenshot doesn't tell anyone enough.
Send a picture of the blueprint list.
It might be that some of the gameplay items you are using are incorrect causing it to freeze on load, or any other number of things really. Surprised it loads tbh.

Well I'll tell you the same thing I tell a ton of people. If you have entities that are singular that do not effect gameplay (like territory points or something) delete them.
