Damn, that was some serious penal cancer, or is it cheese.

I think you got king hit a couple of times ( penals can do that ) and could never regroup. The other factor was he never teched so he could just maintain pressure on a map that does favour penals.

However trying to fight penals with volks seems a loosing battle, probably needed leigs and LV.

TBH, it looks a lot like you got frustrated and gave up, a feeling I know too well when facing soviet cheese.

I got frustrated and gave up because I bled out so much manpower I couldn't tech to luchs or MGs to control the spam. The problem I see is just the fact faction A must spam unit X but faction B can spam both Y and Z but because Z > X what can faction A do that doesn't involve some form of cheesey strat. I enjoy this game a lot but to even compete at the top level you need to spam fussiliers and rush luchs inorder to counter things like this.
