Unless SEGA sets up a terminal with CoH 2 on it, no. I don't even know if SEGA is there. But nobody from Relic will be there.

Australian time is 2 hrs behind Beijing (that's for Sydney/Melbourne etc)
Perth is in the same timezone as China
