Yesterday I faced 2 OKW players. One of them went heavily for Volks+Schrecks, Stormpio and Puma, second went for quick Luchs and Obers. They were blobbing together through whole map. No way to win.
US Forces are not that bad. Well microed Jackson can melt every piece of Axis armor (yet we still need to take it from behind all the time cause of shitty 200 pen). Of course it's way harder that OKW. For example. Jackson is very potent TD but needs a lot of babysitting. On the other hand JT or KT dont need such great micro. M8 howitzer can be a baest but you have to watch it all the time. Stuka has bigger impact and don't need any micro. Just barrage and reverse. Playing Axis is a way easier because you dont have to watch 70% of your units all the time. If you lose sight for a second, your KT probably will stil survive. If you lose it on Jackson or M8, well...
People are talking that if Relic adds Pershing, everyone will be playing with that commander. But what are we seeing now? Airbore in 90% games. Addind Pershing would make 2 commanders useful, not just one like it's right now.
My pretty tiger tanks does this as well. And especially T34-85s do this to much.
The thing is, if Tiger would do such thing, it will probably survive due to armor and health.
But if it's a Jackson then...
If USF have to rely on glass-cannon then pathfinding should be almost perfect for such vehicle.
their not stronger durability and much higher dps works for the shocks in cc. obers may arrive at the 9 min mark , but its okw players that has to tech up for that and thats a lot more expensive then waiting for 2 cp's
Don't you think it's weird that Allies have to pick up doctrine with elite infantry to fight almost equally with stock unit?

It's 80 + 50 fuel and why does it delay allied tanks? The T-34 and sherman arrive only slightly later and there's at least one AT gun by the time OKW got a Luchs.
A well mico'd Luchs definitely has the potential to drain a lot of MP but there're a lot of counters available when it comes out.
At least in 1v1 you need T1 for healing and T2 for fuel conversion. If you want to go for a JT, T4 + Luchs is too expensive.
It delays tanks because allies need to recrew inf first.
And since KT is avaible in 1v1, there is no reason why JT would not be.
You will have to go T4 and Luchs which will cost you a lot of fuel and your JT will be too late on the field.
Yes but also you can complety punish allied infantry so the question is, is it worth to spend 50 fuel to make 4/5/6/7/800 MP drain? I think it is. It will delay JT but also allied tank.
